FAQs

Once you’re signed in, you can start by creating a course and setting up your first assessment. Find a step-by-step walkthrough here.

Once an instructor clicks Send grades to students in the Results page, students can log into their Crowdmark profiles and view their marked up assessments, along with progress reports showing their work through the course. See more here.

Instructors and Facilitators can add new evaluations or clone and edit a previous evaluation by clicking in the grading interface sidebar. Students will only see the evaluation designated as Primary. More details here.

Crowdmark has four roles with differing permission sets that Team members may be assigned automatically or manually, depending on how they are added: Instructor, Facilitator, Grader and Uploader. Roles can be changed at any time in the Course team tab. Click here for more details.

Depending on how your account is set up, you may be able to import your class roster from your LMS, or you may upload a class CSV. If you have questions about your specific institution’s setup options, please contact support@crowdmark.com
