Adding another email address to a Crowdmark account

In case you lose access to your school email address (in some schools this happens soon after graduation) or if you plan to switch schools we recommend adding a personal email address to your Crowdmark account. That way you’ll always have access to your portfolio.

Adding an email address

  1. Go to your Account page by clicking your name or icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Scroll down to the Email addresses section. In the Add another email field, type the email address you wish to add. Crowdmark will send you an email to verify that you own the email address.

  3. Once you receive the email, click the Verify ownership button.

  4. The email address has been verified and added to your account.

  5. Optional: You can change the primary email associated with your account to the email you just added. Go back to your Account page and click the Primary email dropdown. Select the email you wish to make primary, then click Update my settings.
