New feature: Points on comments

Screenshot of grading with a comment with 10 points

Earlier this year we introduced a library feature to keep your collection of comments organized. This allowed Facilitators to edit comments in bulk and create comments for team use.

In this release we have added points to comments. This not only improves grader consistency but also saves time entering and adding up scores. Comments can be assigned a positive or negative point value. Comment points will automatically be added or deducted from the question score that is shown in the sidebar.

The comment library has been updated to provide convenient access to comments (like a rubric). The comment library button opens a comment toolbar to display past comments used on the exam. The list of ordered by the most frequently used and a grader can click or drag a comment from the list to use it. This is very convenient!
