Who we're looking for

We are looking for a self-starter who loves problem solving and helping customers find solutions. You are a technology-savvy individual that will partner with our customers to demonstrate how our products improve their daily workflows. You will also be ready to help our customers with any technical questions, “how-tos” and any software usability issues. This role is a combination of customer support, account management and product. As an expert in our product you will assist with quality assurance testing for new feature releases. Overall you will build awesome relationships with our customers to advance the Crowdmark mission.

About you

  • You are passionate about helping people and solving problems
  • You are highly organized, responsive and work well in a team
  • You have experience in education as a teaching assistant or instructor (university or college experience is ideal)
  • You will focus on customer retention and managing customer relationships
  • You will collaborate with the Crowdmark team to provide input and guidance on the views of our customers to improve our business and products, both immediate needs, and in conjunction with the team, future extensions (the “product roadmap”).
  • Set priorities, monitor progress and communicate progress to the team.
  • Work closely with our development team to investigate and solve customers issues
  • Participate in scheduled regular product development, customer success, and internal business sessions to ensure that product and customer requirements are met and that product and customer development is on track.
  • Collaborate with customers on integrations of Crowdmark into their internal systems.

This is a full-time position based in Toronto.
