Customer Success Manager

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a self-starter who loves problem solving and helping customers find solutions. You are a technology-savvy individual that will partner with our customers to demonstrate how our products improve their daily workflows. You will also be ready to help our customers with any technical questions, “how-tos” and any software usability issues. This role is a combination of customer support, account management and product. As an expert in our product you will assist with quality assurance testing for new feature releases. Overall you will build awesome relationships with our customers to advance the Crowdmark mission.
This is a full-time position based in Toronto.
Salary is competitive, but you should be someone who wants a piece of the upside at a fast-growing company.
